Yes. Under Act 107, completing this module is an indispensable requirement before you can apply for the road test and obtain the motorcycle and four-track endorsement in Puerto Rico.
You need a valid Puerto Rico driver's license. The system will validate your license number against the records to grant you access. Registration is completely free.

You have up to 3 attempts to pass the final exam. If you do not pass on an attempt, you must wait 24 hours before trying again. A score of 70% is required to pass.
Yes. Once issued, the digital certificate is valid for 90 days. You must complete your endorsement process at CESCO within that period.
